Forget the preservatives and the rushed mornings. At The Crooked Spoon, we craft sourdough, pastries, and pantry staples the slow way—so you can taste the difference in every bite.

Our bread isn't rushed. We use a 48-hour fermentation process that breaks down gluten and develops deep, complex flavors you won't find in store-bought loaves.
We partner with Central Florida farmers for our eggs, dairy, and seasonal fruits. Supporting our neighbors means the ingredients are always fresher and better for the land.
It's not just bread. We've hand-picked a selection of small-batch jams, artisanal coffees, and pantry essentials that make cooking at home a joy.
We bake small batches throughout the day. Arrive early for the croissants, stay late for the sourdough.
Flaky, golden, and made with 81 layers of French butter. Fresh out of the oven every morning at 7 AM.
Our signature 48-hour fermented loaf. Thick, crackly crust with a soft, airy crumb. Perfect for toast or sandwiches.
Hand-picked local strawberry, fig, and citrus marmalades. No pectin, just fruit and sugar reduced to perfection.
We rotate local Florida roasters. Ask us what's fresh this week for the perfect espresso or pour-over.
Made with whatever is ripe and ready at the farmer's market. Currently featuring peach and berry crumbles.
Selection of local and imported cheeses, paired with our house-made crackers and honey. Ready to go for your next gathering.
The Crooked Spoon started with a simple frustration: we couldn't find good bread in Orlando. Everything was frozen, shipped in, or loaded with preservatives.
So we started baking in our home kitchen. Neighbors tried it. Then they brought friends. The "spoon" in our name is a nod to the one bent spoon in our drawer that we just never threw away—because it works fine, and it's got character. That's our philosophy: imperfect, practical, and made with love.
